Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and use the SMS text-messaging program.

The program

Quantum Wellness Center Sarasota LLC ("Quantum Wellness Center") offers an SMS text-messaging program to communicate with people who opt in. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to these terms.

Types of messages

Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling, follow-ups about your interest in our services, and general informational or conversational replies. We keep text content to logistics — not diagnoses, treatment details, or health records.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Quantum Wellness Center does not charge for the messages themselves.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and providing your mobile number. The consent checkbox reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from Quantum Wellness Center (appointment reminders and follow-ups) at the number provided. Msg & data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at (941) 241-1394 or hello@sarasotaquantumwellness.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
